Chief Human Resources (m/f/d)full-time, permanent employment, hybrid
We are gearing up for some significant growth in the next 24 months and are looking for a Chief Human Resources (m/f/d) to help us achieve that in an efficient but sustainable way. In this critical role, you will work closely with our CEO as well as with the main C-Management Team as a sparring partner and be responsible for refining the People function within Ideematec, helping all our teams grow, and nurture an environment and culture that is innovative, open, and sustainable. What you will do in this position:
- Provide strategic advice on people and organizational issues: employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and HR initiatives.
- You will help the business grow by diagnosing gaps between current and desired business performance, strategically advising leadership, and taking action to close gaps in the areas of talent management, succession planning, employee development, leadership coaching, and employee relations
- In collaboration with the talent and business partner teams, develop and embed talent strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and engagement
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, compensation & benefits, change management, performance management, talent development, and succession planning)
- Collaborate with the HR team on German labor law and employee relations issues
- Build strong partnerships with Department Managers to facilitate dialogue and collaboration
You will be successful in this position if you:
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of proven working experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment with a track record (ideally renewable sector and/or start-up background)
- An appropriate level of professional human resources experience for this position in areas such as employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training/coaching
- You can guide senior executives in navigating German labor law in cooperation with internal and external legal advisors
- Experience in shaping corporate change, especially global growth, recruiting, coaching leaders, developing talents, managing risk, and ensuring compliance
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and changing environment
- Successful working in a collaborative matrix organization and a track record of measurable business impact
- Proven ability to tackle difficult problems and make independent decisions
- Possess the ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence
