Project Coordinator / Project Assistant / PMO Specialist (gn)

Where you can make an impact:

Project Coordination
- Support project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
PMO / Governance Support
- Consolidate and analyze project data for portfolio-level reporting and performance dashboards.
- Help maintain the project portfolio register and ensure accurate project status tracking.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to PMO leadership and cross-functional project teams.
- Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives related to project management practices.

Who you are:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, or a similar role
Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Power BI)
Certificates: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
Language: English is a must have, German a real advantage
