Project Manager (gn)

Ideematec is a leading medium-sized company and one of the innovators in the field of renewable energies. We are already setting up solar power plants
in over 30 countries. Our solar trackers enable the optimal alignment of solar modules in order
to achieve the maximum energy yield from the sun, in all weather conditions.

The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for defining and maintaining project management standards and practices within the company. It provides project oversight, resources, and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. The PMO also facilitates communication and collaboration across different projects and departments.

How you can be involved at Ideematec:

Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
Regularly update project information in dedicated project management tools.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure clear communication and transparency within the company and with customers.
Lead and motivate project teams to ensure engagement and effective collaboration towards project goals.
Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
Oversee and control all project change orders.
Promote continuous learning within the company through Lessons Learned and Retrospectives.

Requirements and experiences we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education.
Technical knowledge of tracker systems or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or German is an advantage.
