In the course of internationalization into the English-speaking market, ideally beginning as of 01.08.24 we are looking for: Employee Customer Service / Customer Support (m/f/d)

• Work in the customer service area: careful processing of primarily telephone and written customer enquiries in english
• Ensure customer satisfaction, service orientation, quality and efficiency
• Deal with objections and solution-oriented processing of complaints
• Data management and maintenance
• Stocking and processing orders
• Support the head of department in day-to-day business
• Liaison function between customers and internal departments

• Have completed your school education, ideally a commercial apprenticeship.
• Have a pleasant, friendly voice and ideally experience in customer service
• Are precise, conscientious and goal-oriented in your work
• Have the ability to enthuse customers on the phone about products and act in a customer-friendly, level-headed and confident manner when dealing with complaints
• Strong service orientation and quality awareness
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Online affinity
• Have a pronounced service mentality
• English at a native-speaker level, both written and spoken
• A high level of comprehension and willingness to explore new fields of work and tasks
