Our company develops advanced solutions such as high-precision die bonding, fiber alignment, and laser soldering systems, which are critical for manufacturing cutting-edge photonic devices like LiDAR sensors, high-speed data transceivers, and silicon photonics. To support the development of our new Training Academy, we are looking for a motivated Working Student who is interested in digital learning, training administration, and knowledge management.

Working Student (m/f/d) Learning Technology & Training Operations
Effective immediately

Employment Model:
Duration: 6 Month
Working Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week

As a Working Student in Learning Technology & Training Operations, you will support the implementation and operation of our new Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to the development of our internal Training Academy. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, HR, and IT teams to create an engaging learning environment for employees worldwide.

• Support the setup, administration, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Upload, organize, and migrate training materials and learning content
• Create and maintain learning paths, quizzes, and certification programs
• Support the creation and editing of presentations, videos, and training documentation
• Monitor training participation and prepare reports and dashboards
• Assist in coordinating training schedules and learning events
• Document processes and create standardized templates and guidelines
• Collaborate with trainers, IT, HR, and other departments

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Media Design, Marketing, business informatics, or educational technology field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at documentation
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Experience with video editing is advantageous

• Hands-on experience in implementing and operating a corporate Learning Management System
• Insights into modern employee training, knowledge management, and digital learning
