Service Engineer (m/f/d) - In the Krakow area
immediately & full time
Your Challenge
- Analysis and sustainable troubleshooting in the areas of PLC systems, electrical engineering, and mechanics
- Execution of repairs as well as electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Optimization of control processes and system performance in close coordination with the customer
- Implementation of hardware and software upgrades
- Close collaboration with the customer’s production and maintenance teams on site
- Support in project-related commissioning and modifications
- Active contribution to the improvement and further development of our service quality at the customer site
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or a degree with a focus on electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a service environment within an industrial company
- Solid knowledge in PLC technology, electrical engineering, mechanics, and drive technology
- Experience working directly at customer sites or in a comparable on-site role
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence in a customer-facing environment
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style with a strong service and solution orientation
- Very good Polish skills (customer language) and good English skills (at least B2, ideally C1)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
