Your challenge

  • You develop key account sales strategies to increase market share & improve brand awareness.
  • You identify opportunities in new markets & develop strategies to increase revenue in the markets.
  • You negotiate & close complex projects in a systematic, pragmatic & logical manner.
  • You manage sales opportunities & other sales metrics using CRM tool.
  • You provide market feedback in support of new product development.
  • You attend major tradeshows & manage generated leads.

Your Profil

  • You have a BSc/MSc/Technician in Physics, Engineering or in a similar relevant field.
  • Your plus is a solid sales background, preferable in photonics & automation with focus on Account Management.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • You are proficient with MS Suite & Sales Force.
  • For you, customer success is a team sport, consisting of cooperation & partnership.
  • You have 3+ years’ experience working in a Field Sales role.
  • You have robust interpersonal and teamwork attitude
  • Your communication & presentation skills are outstanding.
  • Your time management is excellent & you have a self-entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Your mindset is customer oriented with strong negotiation skills.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English – German and any other languages are a plus.
