Branch Manager Luxembourg

As an independent family office specializing in real estate investments with private and institutional investors, we aim to invest, manage and optimize the assets of our investors community. Our focus is on the analysis and management, as well as the development and expansion of real estate assets. AM ALPHA's investment focus is on residential and commercial properties in selected top locations in Europe and Asia. In order to strengthen our dynamic team, as a financially strong expanding company we are looking for our branch office in Luxembourg for a:

Branch Manager (all genders) in full-time

• You are the central contact person for all topics of the AM ALPHA branch office
• In this role you are team lead of six to eight employees
• As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for AML/KYC activities and CSSF reporting
• You coordinate the annual audit of investment funds
• You accompany real estate funds throughout the entire life cycle, from fund launch to ongoing administration and possible liquidation
• You coordinate the main real estate and fund-related processes (including fund conception, purchase and sale of properties and companies) and supervise the onboarding and offboarding of service providers
• You know and update the requirements for our products on an ongoing basis and ensure the quality level of our services and our compliance as a capital management company in cooperation with internal departments
• You handle various inquiries on accounting, tax, organizational, performance-related topics
• Collaboration in projects

• University studies, preferably with a focus on real estate management, business administration or economics, or another discipline with additional real estate-related qualifications
• At least 3 years relevant practical experience in a comparable role preferred in a capital management company, in a real estate-related industry or in the field of finance (auditing, accounting, taxes, finance)
• Good knowledge of the legal and tax framework for real estate funds (Germany/Luxembourg)
• Independent, reliable and on-schedule operation
• Strong communication and team skills, a high level of commitment and flexibility as well as “hands-on” mentality
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Willing to travel occasionally
