Chief Information Officer (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, with location in Berlin, is currently under trust management of the Federal Network Agency.

We are responsible for the management and optimization of PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries as well as for the marketing and sales of mineral oil products.

• Full strategic and operational responsibility for the company’s IT organization and performance
• Direct leadership and development of 14 internal employees, as well as management of freelancers and external service providers
• Oversight of the following areas:
  • SAP Application Management
  • IT Infrastructure & Operational Services
• Full ownership of the IT budget, including investment planning, cost control, and financial optimization
• Ensuring stable, secure, and high-availability IT operations
• Development and execution of the IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Responsibility for IT security and data security
• Implementation and continuous improvement of security frameworks and business continuity concepts (e.g., ISMS, BCM)
• Close collaboration with executive management and business stakeholders

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in a critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environment or other highly regulated industries
• Several years of leadership experience with overall IT responsibility in a similar role
• Strong experience in SAP environments (Applications Management), IT infrastructure & operational services and solid expertise in IT security
• Proven track record of budget responsibility and executive-level stakeholder management
• Experience in managing external vendors and complex IT service ecosystems
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational leadership
• Business fluency in German
