Head of LPG & Petchems Business Team (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, based in Berlin, is currently under the trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency.

We are responsible for the management and optimisation of the PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries and the marketing of petroleum products.

• Overall responsibility for the LPG & Petchems business
• Leading and developing the team of 4 people
• Marketing of products, leading negotiations, monitoring and controlling margins, volumes and prices
• Developing new sales channels and expanding the customer portfolio
• Planning and monitoring of production and inventories
• Monitoring the market along the entire value chain and deriving operational and strategic adjustments
• Developing the sales strategy and optimizing pricing
• Representing the company at events and conferences

• Extensive experience in the marketing of petroleum products
• Strong leadership skills and many years of senior management experience
• A degree in Business administration/ Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in negotiating and managing key accounts
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Business fluent in both German and English
