IT Support Lead (m/f/d)

• Lead day-to-day IT support operations across ticketing system, email, phone, remote support and walk-in requests, ensuring timely resolution and high service quality
• Oversee application deployment, lifecycle management and troubleshooting for modern workplace services, including:
• Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory user, group and device administration
• Collaboration and communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams and enterprise telephony solutions
• Endpoint and mobile device management for Windows, iOS and Android devices
• Endpoint security, antivirus and device compliance tools
• Video conferencing, meeting room technology and hybrid workplace support
• Maintain accurate IT asset, inventory and lifecycle records for hardware, software and end-user equipment
• Manage end-user hardware and software services, including vendor coordination, escalation management and service improvement activities
• Create user guidance, knowledge base articles and training materials to improve adoption, self-service and support efficiency

• Professional education in IT (higher education is an advantage) and relevant IT certificates
• Experience in IT service delivery
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Business fluent German and English
