Head of Bitumen/Coke and HFO Business Team (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, with location in Berlin, is currently under trust management of the Federal Network Agency.

We are responsible for the management and optimization of PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries as well as for the marketing and sales of mineral oil products.

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the bitumen/coke and HFO business
• Leading a team of up to eleven people, motivating and develop staff while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the unit
• Communicating and collaborate with other business units and stakeholders
• Marketing of products, leading negotiations, monitoring and controlling margin
• Monitoring the balance of supply and demand in the market to ensure optimal pricing and improved profitability
• Developing of new sales channels and new products and recipes
• Identifying opportunities and trends for the application of new and existing products, as well as other business development options
• Representing the company at events and conferences

• Excellent knowledge & experience in production, technologies and marketing of bitumen, HFO and coke
• A degree in Business administration/ Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Solid leadership skills, experience in negotiating and managing key accounts
• Experience in leading divers, multicultural teams beneficial
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Business fluent in both German and English
