Application Manager SAP - Finance (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, with location in Berlin, is currently under trust management of the Federal Network Agency.

We are responsible for the management and optimization of PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries as well as for the marketing and sales of mineral oil products.

• As SAP Application owner and SAP FI/CO/FSCM Architect responsible for the functional design and technical solution, including third-party applications and interfaces, to support business requirements
• Following the philosophy “you build it you run it” responsible for SAP projects and maintenance in your domain / area of responsibility
• Act as an interface to key users in the business departments and SAP service providers
• Create the technical specification based on the business-driven functional specifications
• Responsible for projects and operations within the lifecycle of the relevant SAP application
• Lead and coordinate functionally the SAP third party team in the dedicated area of responsibility
• Ensure that any new software integration into Company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
• Responsible for IT Budget (e.g. licenses) in the dedicated SAP domain
• Responsible for documentation of the SAP landscape in the respective area of responsibility

• Professional degree IT or similar work experience (higher education)
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in SAP implementation / Application Maintenance
• Experience in S/4HANA is mandatory
• Deep understanding and strong skills in SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling) and FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) including integration with the SAP modules like MM (Material Management) / SD (Sales and Distribution) / LE (Logistics Execution) /  VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) by OpenText
• Knowledge of SAP IS-OIL Downstream (Oil & Gas) industry solution and its specifics would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution by OpenText and its architecture would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of ABAP language and ability to debug is highly appreciated
• Experience with offshore SAP Project delivery teams is highly appreciated
• PMP or PRINCE 2 foundation or equivalent certificate is highly appreciated
• Business fluent English, German is a strong advantage
