The offer ranges from simple chalets or apartments to exclusively furnished villas - whether in summer or winter, on the beach, in the countryside or in the city.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will optimize our marketing campaigns performance and operational processes using existing systems and data. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, drive online lead generation, drive marketing success, supporting ambitious business growth plans.

Your role
- Drive lead generation aligned with regional marketing and business growth goals
- Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools
- Develop segmentation strategies for personalized campaigns
- Implement lead scoring models to enhance the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing managers on campaign objectives and target audiences
- Set up campaigns, including email, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for improvement
- Continuously conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements
- Develop omnichannel marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities and analyze market trends
- Foster innovation by bringing new ideas to the team

- Proven experience (min 5 years) in digital marketing, marketing operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in English and German; French would be a strong plus
