Manager SAP Project (m/w/d)

We have more than 50 years of experience as a robot manufacturer in industrial automation. Different applications and industry segments can therefore be specifically covered. Our product range includes a wide variety of robot types for automation in logistics, assembly and handling, pharmaceuticals and cleanroom technology, right through to applications in highly specialized welding and painting processes.

Our company is actively recruiting for the following position at the earliest possible date:

Manager SAP Project (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

Overall project management & responsibility and coordination with external SAP consultants for (ongoing) migration project to new ERP system SAP Business One HANA (from Datev and SAP Business One SQL)
Definition of technical setup and data flows to reflect company setup (German and French branch), including the integration of a CRM system (SAP Sales Cloud) and service system (SAP Field Service Management)
Definition of master data/information/receipts to be migrated to new system
Implementation of a Document Management System (CKS)
Management and coordination of preparation and update of master data for migration
Detailed definition of business processes
Long-term management and administration of the relevant systems
Support in all IT-relevant areas

Requirements:

Studied computer scientist/IT business engineer or similar Team player with proven leadership qualities and "hands-on" approach
Clear thinker, capable of seeing both the big and small picture
5+ years of professional expert knowledge on SAP Business One
Proven project management experience in ERP migration projects
Structured, stress-resistant personality with strong communication skills
Excellent general IT skills & analytical thinking
Very good understanding of business processes
Fluent in English and German; Japanese is an advantage, but not a must
