Facade Planner (m/f/d) - Location Bulgaria

• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients to design facades that meet project requirements.
• Conducting site assessments and analyses to evaluate environmental factors and regulatory requirements.
• Development of detailed facade plans incorporating innovative materials and technologies.
• Performing feasibility studies and cost analyses to optimize facade designs.
• Coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to implement facade plans and ensure quality control.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in facade planning, design, and engineering, preferably in architectural firms or construction companies
• Proficiency in CAD software (HiCad, Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Athena, Orgadata Logical) and building project management tools (BIM)
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facade design and construction
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
