HR Administrator / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/f/d) Part-time 20h basis

Charging needs to be simple and easy to use, therefore we focus on digitized and customer-oriented services.? We develop white label public charging solutions for automotive OEMs and fleet operators. These services provide access to multiple networks of Charging Point Operations (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.? 

Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility worldwide together with the other verticals REACH NOW, FREE NOW, PARK NOW and SHARE NOW. 

We are hiring a HR Administrator / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/f/d) on a 20h part-time basis to join our Human Relations Team as soon as possible:  

• Supporting the HR Manager with operational tasks to ensure a smooth and seamless employee life cycle 

• Creation of all HR documents and certificates/reference letters for our international team of employees 

• Ensuring maintenance of personnel master data (HRworks & employees files) 

• Conduct internal correspondence with employees regarding matters concerning e.g. social security, health insurance.  

• Interact with tax offices and other authorities whilst supporting monthly payroll preparation including creation of various reports  

• Utilize your organizational skills to guarantee continuous development and optimization of HR admin processes 

• Take full ownership for organizing our small company car fleet 

• Profound experience in HR Operations (Good knowledge of social security and basics in German Labor law) 

• You bring excellent organizational and communication skills 

• Attention to detail and reliability is most important to you  

• You enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable in working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment  

• Supporting others and creating solutions is an important driver for you 

• You are fluent in German and English language 

• Solid experience with MS Office  

• Other Tools knowledge such as HRworks, Jira, Confluence, SAP or experience in managing company cars would be a plus as well
