Experience: Completed agricultural education or proven track record in the dairy industry (preferably as a herd manager)
Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, including CRM.
Characteristics: You are an outgoing and customer-focused personality with a strong hands-on mentality and an affinity for agriculture. You are committed to excellent customer service and have superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. You are enthusiastic about working in an interdisciplinary and international company and show willingness to travel.
