The collected data enables the dairy-farmer to understand his herd better. The system highly contributes to animal health and towards economic and ecological success of dairy farms via early-detection. smaXtec is technological market leader in this sector. With a focus on relevant market trends, smaXtec continually develops its products and extends its technological lead.


As a fast-growing company we are currently expanding to the US market and establishing a new branch in Wisconsin. With great market potential and excellent further nationwide growth opportunities we are looking for a team of sales representatives, customer support as well
as office staff.

As a Customer Success Specialist you’ll own the following duties:

  • Provide exceptional first point of contact customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all dealings with customers and prospects
  • Independent support of our customers (dairy farms) and sales partners as agricultural expert in after sales
  • Installation and commissioning of our solutions on site
  • Develop a deep expertise in our product offering
  • Product trainings for sales partners and customer
  • Competent replies to customer enquiries
  • Close cooperation with our national and international sales team and technical support


Experience: Completed agricultural education or proven track record in the dairy industry (preferably as a herd manager)

Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, including CRM.

Characteristics: You are an outgoing and customer-focused personality with a strong hands-on mentality and an affinity for agriculture. You are committed to excellent customer service and have superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. You are enthusiastic about working in an interdisciplinary and international company and show willingness to travel.


Work environment: You will work on exciting and challenging tasks in a rewarding work environment with an inspiring team.

Location: When you are not travelling you will have a homebase in our new US headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin

Flexibility: You will be able to work self-organized and with a flexible work schedule.
