RESPONSIBILITIES

As a fast-growing company with our US headquarters in Madison we are currently expanding to the US market. With great market potential and excellent nationwide growth opportunities we are looking for a team of Sales Representatives in Dairy Strong Regions.

As a Sales Representative you’ll own the following duties:

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Generating Leads.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Installation and commissioning our products on site.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Maintaining client records via our CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Proven track record in the dairy industry (either as a herd manager or in sales) with excellent understanding of the sales process and dynamics - but newcomers are also highly welcome! The required training will be provided.

Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the dairy or animal care industry is a plus.

Characteristics: You love sales and are committed to excellent customer service. You have superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. You are enthusiastic about working in an interdisciplinary and international company and show willingness to travel.
