Main responsibilities
- Global Sales Eplan system maintenance (scheduling management of sales budget and forecasts)
- Correspondence and coordination with Vice President Sales and Corporate Planning/Sales Teams
- Creating reports (daily sales, demand analysis)
- Preparation for regional and international manager meetings
- Support of “Regular report” to Headquarter and for Sales and Corporate events
Your profile
- Background in Commercial Training or Business Studies
- Some years experience in Sales Assistance or Sales Planning
- Flexible approach to negotiating and an ability to meet deadlines as scheduled
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Competency with MS Office
- Value of teamwork and ability to work in an intercultural environment
- Advanced Japanese and English skills (German is a plus)
