BIOGEST® is an international manufacturer of biomethane and biogas plants with headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, the UK and the USA. With a team of more than 80+ highly qualified employees, we have already realised over 190+ biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide and thus contribute to climate protection. Due to sustainable growth, we are looking for a motivated and committed reinforcement for our Purchase Department.

• Purchasing of plant components, subcontractor services, energy & services
• Processing & evaluation of supplier inquiries
• Creation and management of framework agreements
• Conducting contract negotiations
• Processing of orders & invoices
• Analysis of procurement markets (worldwide)
• Development of alternative supplier sources
• Optimization of the existing supplier portfolio
• Master data maintenance (articles, suppliers etc.)

• Professional experience and education in purchasing technical components & subcontractor services
• Assertiveness and negotiating skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Flexibility, resilience and commitment
• Experience in international projects and driving license is an advantage
