Commissioning Technician (m/f/d)

With a team of more than 70+ highly qualified employees, we have already completed over 170+ biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide. Our end-to-end supply chain aims to ensure efficient plant operation. Due to our sustainable growth, we are looking for a motivated and committed reinforcement for our Project Managment department.

Your Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

Under the responsibility of the project manager ensure the expertise and technical responsibility of commissioning and starting-up biogas plants
Provide ongoing on-site and remote technical support for new biogas plants
Troubleshoot biogas plant operational problems and take corrective action to maximize plant efficiency, production output, smooth mechanical operation and operational safety
Supervise and be personally involved in the operation of the plant (raw material management, feeding, technical operation, inspection and maintenance)
Ensure the training of the client’s technicians regarding biology, operation and maintenance of a biogas plant
Assist the project manager in local issues during the construction period
Ensure a direct reporting to the general, technical and biological management in Austria

Your Background:

Electrotechnical, maintenance, agricultural or mechanical technician, electrical skills welcome
A deep understanding of mechanical and electrical issues around a farm and agricultural machines is advantageous, as well as a knowledge of biological and chemical processes of a biogas plant
Good problem-solving skills
Interest in data analysis and interpretation
Computer skills (email correspondence, excel, word, etc.)
Very good expression in French and English language
High self-motivation and strong personal initiative
High degree of willingness to travel and flexibility
