Customer Success Specialist (m/w/d) (Internship/Working student)
We are looking for a dedicated Intern or Junior on our Customer Success Team at TTMzero

You’ll be working in a small dynamic team, side by side with our experienced Customer Success Specialists. You would be directly communicating with our customers and be the key person to bridge information between our customers, the sales team and the tech teams.
The Customer Success Team is part of Business Development. You’d be directly reporting to Simon Ullrich, one of the two Managing Directors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Providing support for incoming customer requests
Answering questions on TTMzero’s products and services
Onboarding new customers
Supporting automated production workflows
Ensuring main business goals being well maintained
Identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating change processes
Participating in upcoming projects
Requirements:
Enrolled in a BA or higher degree (e.g. MA, MBA, etc.) in Finance, Business, Business Information Systems, Business Communications/Consulting, or related fields OR
Just graduated from university in one of the above mentioned majors or related fields
EU work permit is a must
Keen interest in Capital Markets and the finance industry
Excellent spoken and written English (2nd language is a plus)
Very good team player, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Adaptability and attention to detail
Eager to learn new things
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Tech-savvy
Open to work with project management tools such as Atlassian, (i.e. Jira, Service Desk, Confluence), Hubspot, Monday.com, etc.
