Financial Engineer (m/f/x)

Historical scenario analysis, VaR, Monte Carlo simulations as well as mark-to-model valuations and risk figures calculations sound exciting to you? You are familiar with structured products, OTCs, Fixed Income and other financial instruments?

As a Financial Engineer you will build and extend TTMzero’s in-house financial library which is the foundation of all services that we provide.

You will work in an international, dynamic and motivated team. We provide a collaborative work environment, within the team as well as with the other development teams, to ensure that everyone contributes to TTMzero’s performance.

• You have a large variety of fascinating tasks and responsibilities. Your performance contributes directly to the success of the team

• You are responsible for several finance related IT applications (e.g. model implementation) from inception to production deployment

• You offer guidance to other financial engineers

• You are communicating directly with clients and management

• 3+ years working experience in the financial derivatives sector

• Very good knowledge of OTC derivatives and Structured Products

• 3+ years working experience in agile project management

• Very good knowledge of financial mathematics and their implementation (Java) in production environments

• Coding principles like Clean Code are deeply rooted in your mindset

• Copy-pasting code is a strict no-go for you and you know why

• PhD/Masters in Mathematics, Science or Finance

• Good spoken and written English (bonus: German)
