Acutronic’s Simulation & Test Division is the global market leader in the development, design, and manufacture of Inertial Guidance Test Systems and Hardware-In-The-Loop motion simulators. These high-precision motion simulators are used in the aerospace, defense, automotive, and consumer electronics industries to test and calibrate inertial sensors (e.g., gyroscopes and accelerometers that measure movement).

Jurist 20 - 25 hours per week (f, m, d)

Reporting to the General Manager / Legal Director you will serve as the interface between Management, Finance, Sales, Project Management, Compliance, Clients and Suppliers all over the globe. Your role will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds in accordance with the applicable legal framework in the various countries
• Overseeing contractual execution of large, complex projects, including assisting the company to adhere to contractual terms and conditions, and negotiating contractual challenges
• Providing competent support in all aspects of business transactions; export- and insurance-related issues
• Providing assistance on relevant German regulations 
• Understanding and overseeing the management of the company’s contractual portfolio

• University degree in law 
• Minimum 1st State Board examination
• 2 - 3 years commercial contract experience
• You have a high level of attention to detail, balancing perfectionism with speed
• You seek practical solutions to commercial transactions
• You are able to work both autonomously and interactively and demonstrate service focus and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Strong communication and written skills in English and German are essential
