Acutronic is looking for a Legal Counsel / Adviser to join our team in Élancourt, France. In this role, you will be the interface between Management, Finance, Sales, Project Management, Compliance, Clients and Suppliers.

For our team in Élancourt, France we are looking for you as

Legal Counsel / Adviser 50 - 100% (all genders)

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Overseeing contractual execution of projects, including assisting the company to adhere to contractual terms and conditions, and negotiating contractual challenges
• Providing assistance on French government tenders and advising on relevant French regulations 
• Understanding and overseeing the management of the company’s contractual portfolio
• Assisting on international contracts when required

• A French university degree in law
• 2 - 3 years commercial contract experience
• Be fluent in both French and English
• You have a high level of attention to detail, balancing perfectionism with speed
• You seek practical solutions to commercial transactions
• You are able to work both autonomously and interactively and demonstrate service focus and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
