Investment Analyst/Associate (m/f/x)
WHO WE LOOK FOR
Our team in Munich is looking for investment manager on level of an analyst/associate.
Responsibilities
- Independent identification of investment opportunities
- Financial analysis and assessment of potential investment projects
- Analysis of business models, market, and competitive environment
- Valuation of companies, preparation of financial models/business plans and due diligence as well as coordination of involved stakeholders
- Preparation of concrete investment offers
- Support in the negotiation of contracts in coordination with all stakeholders
- Operational support of our companies (e.g., lead the implementation of sub-projects in the context of "carve-outs" or "performance improvement" measures)
Qualifications
- Above-average university degree in economics, technology, or law
- At least 2 years of professional experience in private equity or related areas (transaction advisory, strategy consulting, investment banking)
- Relevant experience in all parts of the transaction process - buy-side experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- Determined and authentic appearance coupled with a high level of commitment
- Independent and responsible way of working
- You are quick thinker, have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a team player and a strong communicator
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- You have very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
