System Administrator

For our office in Stalowa Wola we are looking for a position at the earliest possible date: System Administrator

• Manage servers and workloads in a on-premises and cloud hybrid environment
• Monitor and maintain systems using manual and automation processes
• Develop and document processes to streamline IT management
• Provide security patching, resolve security vulnerabilities and develop security policies to harden systems
• Perform operating system and software upgrades according to product lifecycles
• Troubleshooting performance issues and outages including investigating root cause, implementing fixes, and preventative actions
• Participate in routine compliance and security audits.
• Use ticketing system to manage incident/problem/change control processes.
• Support to guide project requirements, design & development, deployment
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and occasional after hour support

• Minimum of 4-year computer science degree or equivalent experience in the administration of environments including Windows Server and Virtualization
• Knowledge should include familiarity with data center computer and storage platforms (Server hardware and OS platforms, Block, file, and object storage,Identity Providers etc.)
• Experiences in working with the following programs: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell and VMware vSphere
• Preferably have the following certificates: Microsoft MCSA, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, Veeam VMCE, CompTIA Security+, or equivalents
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Detail oriented, highly accurate, and efficient
• Demonstrate self-reliance and resourcefulness
• Ability to communicate and present concepts effectively across multiple business customers to support organizational objectives
• Well organized with the ability to work on multiple initiatives
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
