To strengthen our Polish Branch Office Team, located in Katowice, we look for a motivated

Junior Accountant Coordinator / Administration (m/f/x)

Identifier SHG-PL 08/25

• Preparation and coordination and of any accounting matters for the Polish Branch
• Cost analysis and Supervision of accounts
• Maintaining fixed asset accounting and conducting inventories
• Implementation of tools to monitor and analyse the company's financial situation  as well as preparation of presentations and (financial) reports for the Management and external institutions
• Support of different Audits in compliance with the company’s requirements
• Administration tasks in the Branch e.g. travel expense reports, fleet management, etc.

• Successfully completed commercial education. Good knowledge of accounting and taxation standards
• One or two years of working experience in Finance & Accounting & Administration in an international company or a corresponding university degree
• Good knowledge of office packages. Knowledge of Business Control is welcome
• Accurate and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Very good organization skills
• Fluent Polish language skills and good English language skills
