We want you to join our team as Client Sales Specialist – Germany & Austria (m/f/d).

In this position, you will be accountable for delivering the D&G’s International Sales Blueprint to our German and Austrian OEMs. You will be responsible for supporting and overseeing targeted conversion performance of warranty sales campaigns within client channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and support opportunities for performance improvement through trend analysis and effective action planning.
  • Conduct analysis of Sales Agents to establish profiles of most effective Sales Agents and apply these learnings to recruitment, training, and management activity.
  • Collaborate with peers to share Contact Centre best practice across our International markets to ensure consistency of OEM sales activity
  • Work collaboratively in setting conversion rate targets and demonstrates appropriate interventions are in place to make sure such targets are achieved.
  • Support Agent reward and recognition programmes that drive performance.
  • Support the operational testing of new campaigns in the respective client call centres or other channels that may be established with the clients.
  • Work collaboratively to develop effective sales training, scripting, supporting material, and delivery mechanisms which enable improved sales performance.
  • Chair regular Call Calibration Sessions to share best practise with OEM call centres.
  • Connect with D&G Quality Assurance Team (Germany) to understand performance trends and ensure that training and coaching interventions also deliver the desired quality and compliance standards.
  • Design and implement coaching, development standards, and operating rhythms which will drive effective sales.
  • Coach Team Leaders to be effective sales coaches through observations and feedback sessions. 
  • Deliver effective sales training
  • Provide feedback and recommendations
  • Provide regular reports

Experience and skills required:

  • Speak English to an acceptable standard.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Trainer skills in a Sales Environment.
  • Effectively communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders (understanding cultural differences where applicable).
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to influence and persuade both clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Product knowledge in Financial Services (preferably extended warranty).
  • Experience of leading a team to achieve set KPI targets.
  • An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements in market.
  • Experience of working with external clients.
  • Experience in delivering successful sales training /coaching sessions.
  • Experience of managing and leading in Call Centre environments.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing contact centre improvement plans.
  • Experience in managing telemarking campaigns in a sales environment.
  • Managing, developing agent teams.
