ASSISTANT PRODUCT ASSURANCE (M/F/D)

Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

• You are the internal "voice of the customer" and "voice of the managing directors" of the company across each project you work in
• You are independent of the project team and report directly to Quality Management or the managing directors, or project-defined customer Product Assurance representatives if needed, to ensure quality issues are reported without undue bias
• Your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality goals of the managing directors are respected in each project, such that the quality goals for the company as a whole (e.g. company reputation, customer satisfaction, etc.) are not endangered by any single project
• You are to define, implement, and monitor the adherence of company policies and processes by all project team members
• You are able to extract and manage the customer's needs and expectations in a project, and these are met as intended by the managing directors
• Via internal review, you must ensure the deliverables are delivered to the customer according to the agreed quality standards as defined in the project contractual documents

• You are attentive to detail and enjoy structured well-defined work
• You appreciate the benefits of planning and ensuring others conform to pre-defined company policies and processes
• You have a sound technical background, preferably in electronics or digital communication equipment
• You are proficient in writing and reviewing technical documents in accordance with national, international, industrial or even aerospace standards such as ECSS
