TECHNICAL STAFF (M/F/D)

Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

Around 80 employees from different nations and disciplines work together at our three locations in Stuhr near Bremen. Our corporate culture is characterized by precision, team spirit, short decision-making processes, and open collaboration.

• Assembling, installing, and commissioning electronic assemblies and systems according to circuit diagrams and technical documentation
• Mounting and wiring devices, components, and systems according to specifications
• Performing functional checks, tests, and quality inspections
• Supporting fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Documenting workflows, test results, and installation outcomes
• Collaborating with engineers and project teams to implement technical requirements
• Contributing to the optimization of workflows, assembly processes, and installation techniques
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or electrical engineering technician, or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and components
• Experience in assembling, wiring, and installing technical systems is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and independent working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technical systems
• Good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage
