To support the strong transaction momentum, we seek to hire an Investment Banking Analyst to strengthen our team based in Munich.
The start date is as soon as possible.

Your key responsibilities:
As an Analyst you will play an integral role in serving our clients, participating with the team across deal origination and execution cycles in cross-border M&A and Corporate Finance advisory. You will:
- Support the team in transaction execution activities as well as ongoing origination activities
- Manage key project workstreams from pitch to closing, including coordination of due diligence
- Develop quantitative analyses including financial and valuation modelling
- Perform in-depth company analysis and industry research and gather relevant business documentation
- Draft key project and process deliverables as well as marketing presentations
The ideal candidate:
- We are looking for excited, creative, organized, and resourceful multi-taskers with long-term orientation
- Initial prior internship experience in M&A / investment banking required, full time working experience a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving skills, commitment and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated team player with strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in German and English being a strict requirement for this role
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
- Affinity and passion for innovative technologies, with prior TMT experience a plus
- Outstanding academic record with a bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above required
