To support our team in Frankfurt/Main, we are looking for a
Vice President (m/f/d)
You will work directly with our senior managing directors on a variety of advisory assignments and large- to mid-cap M&A transactions, with a focus on activism defense and public takeovers. You will play a central and accountable project leadership role in executing such transactions and maintaining strategic dialogue with our clients.
Your work will include, inter alia:
- Project management
- Transaction structuring
- Thought leadership on financial & valuation analysis
- Day-to-day point of contact for client management teams
- Strong involvement in new business development
- Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to a highly motivated and dedicated junior team
Your qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a (bulge bracket) investment bank or leading corporate finance boutique
- Ability to think strategically underpinned by strong technical, quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, financial modelling and business strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset and proactivity
