Head of Printing Operations (m/f/d)

As Head of Printing Operations, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our production processes and driving continuous improvement across the department. Your key tasks will include:

• Leading and developing the "Printing Operations Team"
• Planning and optimizing machine utilization
• Coordinating and managing maintenance and service schedules
• Assessing the technical feasibility of new projects
• Researching and evaluating new production technologies
• Managing the supply chain for printing materials
• Leading customer-related project execution
• Representing the company to customers and suppliers

• You have a strong technical background and and a successfully completed technical degree with at least 5 years of professional experience
• You are experienced in leading technical teams - min 3 years
• You have several years of experience in project management, in a technical or industrial environment
• If you have technical knowledge in printing technologies or electronics, it would be an advantage
• You have a reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• You are a team player with very good communication skills
• Your language skills in German and English are excellent
