Introduction   

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven B2B Sales Representative to accelerate growth in Sweden through new customer acquisition, account development and profitable revenue growth.

This is a home-based role combining proactive prospecting, account management and regular customer visits (typically 12 days per week). You will have the autonomy to develop your territory and directly influence our success in Sweden, supported by an established international business and wider European sales team.

We value proven sales ability, commercial judgement and a results-driven mindset. Experience in solar PV, battery storage or renewable energy is advantageous but not essential we welcome successful B2B sales professionals from other industries.

• Proactively develop your territory through outbound calls, emails and customer visits, building a strong pipeline for sustainable, profitable growth
• Convert leads into customers and expand business with existing accounts
• Continuously build a broad, diversified customer base across your territory rather than relying on a small number of key accounts for most of your revenue
• Present and promote our product portfolio to residential and commercial installers and resellers, supported by product training
• Negotiate pricing, upsell and cross-sell to win market share from competitors
• Prioritise quality, profitable orders protecting margin rather than winning business through heavy discounting
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales cycle and aftersales journey
• Develop trusting relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage your customer portfolio, pipeline and retentionUnderstand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Use product and industry knowledge to respond to customer enquiries
• Achieve monthly sales, gross profit targets and activity KPIs
• Accurately record calls, meetings and pipeline updates in CRM
• Deliver customer training and product demonstrations using our reseller portal
• Log competitor intelligence to support market strategy
• Maintain contact with each customer at least monthly
• Liaise with Finance to open new trade accounts and apply for trading terms
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement

Job Competencies Technical

• Strong preparation and execution of sales calls and meetings
• Ability to learn technical product ranges, including battery storage (BESS) and solar PV, quickly and confidently
• Ability to identify and follow up real opportunities professionally
• Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for regular customer visits. The role includes a monthly car allowance; a company car is not provided.

• Native or fluent Swedish, with professional-level English
• 5+ years B2B sales experience preferred, with proven success in winning new business and achieving targets. Solar PV, battery storage or technical/wholesale sales experience advantageous, not essential
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, highly self-motivated, and driven to achieve KPIs and targets
• Self-disciplined, organised and trustworthy, with the ability to manage time and pipeline independently in a fully remote role
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital sales tools
• Legal right to work in Sweden (no visa sponsorship available)
