Epitaxy Production Technician (f/m/d)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Epitaxy Production Technician (f/m/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Dortmund on a permanent basis.

• Operate and monitor MBE production systems and associated equipment.
• Support the execution and monitoring of epitaxial growth processes in a production environment.
• Assist in process control activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Support production, R&D, and maintenance teams in daily operations.
• Perform routine inspections, measurements, and documentation of process results.
• Prepare and?maintain?process documentation and production records.
• Assist?in troubleshooting and resolving process- and equipment-related issues.
• Follow and support Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and standards.
• Participate in training activities and continuously develop technical knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Completed technical vocational training, apprenticeship, technician qualification, or degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, photonics, or high-tech production environments.
• Experience in cleanroom environments, laboratory work, semiconductor manufacturing, or related technical fields is advantageous but not required.
• Good understanding of technical processes and willingness to learn complex manufacturing technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good English language skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
