Your Role

Do you love bringing brands to life in the digital world? Do you have a strong sense for platform trends – and enjoy taking ownership from strategy to execution?
Then you’re in the right place.

As Senior Manager Social Media & Content, you’ll be part of our Berlin team and the creative and strategic heart of our organic social media presence. You develop cross-platform content strategies and implement them hands-on – always with a focus on trends, brand impact, and performance. You’ll manage creator collaborations and help take both our team and our digital channels to the next level.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement our social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more
  • Coordinate content in close collaboration with Design/Video, Brand Management and performance teams
  • Take full ownership of content planning: formats, topics, publishing and editorial calendars
  • Lead and mentor working students and interns in the area of Social Media & Content
  • Organize and oversee content shoots – both in-house and with external partners
  • Build and manage influencer and creator collaborations: scouting, outreach, negotiation and relationship management
  • Develop and execute a strategy for user-generated content (UGC)
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on data to drive content and channel optimization

What You Bring:

  • Several years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation – ideally in the lifestyle, fashion, or watch sector
  • A strong sense for visual aesthetics, community culture, and digital communication trends
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mindset – you don’t just create concepts, you bring them to life
  • In-depth knowledge of the mechanisms, trends, and KPIs of relevant platforms – especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience working with influencers and creators
  • A structured, independent way of working, with great timing, tone, and brand awareness
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German B2 is a must
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, flexibility – and a genuine desire to make an impact
  • A real team player with initiative and a drive to actively shape the future
