Logistics Assistant (f/m/d)

Our 1500 sq.m, state-of-the-art production services as well as the offices are located at Eidelstedt, Hamburg.

We as PlantaCorp help our business partners to conquer the global supplement market with both our contract manufacturing and white labelling services. Together, we are shaping the future by creating a new perspective on food supplements. Our goal is to make our modern and innovative liposomal technology available to everyone.

To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

Part-time, 30-35 hours

Tasks:

Parcel preparation and input in different carrier platforms
Gathering of products and contact with different internal departments
Manage the shipment of samples to clients and suppliers.
Follow up with clients in Germany and Internationally by e-mail and phone.
Process Tracking
Incoming Goods acceptance
GMP Control and safety control for daily activities
Moving of merchandises with a pallet-jack
Pick and Pack of materials for handover to the production department
Preparation of secondary packaging for post-production
Handover of shipments to the transport service provider
Order and cleanliness in warehouse logistics
Consignment registration for outgoing shipments
Checking finished goods for correct and clean labelling

Required qualifications:

Completed technical training in fields like logistics, production or equivalent
Previous experience in Parcel shipment-delivery or logistics is desirable.
Team player, follow up of operations, good communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
