To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:
Logistics and Warehouse Manager (f/m/d)
Full-time, 40 hours
Tasks:
- responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations
- oversee warehouse employees and processes
- contribute to efficient customer service
- strong organizational skills are required
- leadership and problem solving skills are a must
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is needed
Required Qualifications:
- post secondary education in logistics, supply chain or related field
- significant working experience at the warehouse floor
- experience with inventory management
- experience with cargo transportation (Stückgut) and FTL (full truck loading)
- good knowledge of export and customs regulations
- excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- understanding of health and safety principles
- hands-on mentality
- ability to drive fork-lift
- physically suitable for lifting 10 kg
- critical thinking and questioning of the status quo
- can do attitude and ambition to make things better
- attention to detail and willingness to occasionally work under pressure
- ability to supervise 5+ employees
- leadership (or supervisory) experience is an asset
- fluent in German and in English
- impeccable police clearance certificate
