zapliance is a business AI company that develops agentic solutions for audit and finance experts. We are a small team of data scientists and auditors who develop knowledge-based agents for SAP data. Our solutions identify risks and opportunities in SAP processes and empower our customers to sustainably optimize their corporate processes.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you are the technical face of zapliance to our customers. Your mission: You transform technical hurdles into smooth onboarding experiences.

You are not just a pure consultant and not just a pure coder –

You are the bridge builder

between
our customers,
our dev team and
our Customer Success.

• Technical Onboarding: You guide our customers and partners through the implementation of our software solutions and ensure that everything "flies" technically.

• Architecture Consulting: You advise on IT infrastructure, security topics, and the specific use cases of our software.

• Hands-on Parameterization: You prepare our products individually for the customer and ensure quality through testing.

• Tech Support & Analysis: When faced with complex errors, you dig deep, analyze root causes, and find solutions (in close coordination with our dev team).

• Code Optimization: You implement and test minor adjustments directly in the Java code of our solutions.

You are a business informatician who has perhaps been working in consulting so far, but now wants to be "closer to technology"? Perfect.

You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or application development and now want to develop further in the agentic world? Perfect.

What you bring to the table:

• System Administration: You feel at home in Windows and Linux environments and have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Coding Basics: You understand programming concepts, APIs, and have solid basic knowledge in Java.

• DevOps & Networks: Git, CI/CD pipelines as well as network architectures and troubleshooting are not foreign words to you.

• Communication: You can explain complex issues simply – in German and English.

• Way of Working: You work independently, think in solutions rather than problems, and enjoy direct customer contact.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google).

• Interest or initial skills in the field of Agentic AI / LLMs.

• A basic understanding of financial and business processes.
