Charging needs to be simple and easy to use, therefore we focus on digitized and customer-oriented services.We develop white label public charging solutions for automotive OEMs and fleet operators. These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.

Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Your mission:

Own and develop the Platform Requirements to Production Process
Program management for all Platform development topics
Define and own the platform backlog with the responsible Platform teams
Support the requirements engineering with SMEs and BAs
Set up and operate a prioritization and planning process jointly with the key IT stakeholders
Manage stakeholders along the scoping, planning and implementation phases
Steer the Platform development teams within an agile framework
Oversee testing and release management
Closely collaborate with the Company IT to enable successful rollout of new features and functions

Your profile

Experience in IT Program Management (min. 3 years)
(Scaled) Agile project management experience
Sound understanding of IT development processes
Strong skills in Stakeholdermanagement
Experience in requirements engineering, development and rollouts
Experience in data driven business models with scaling processes
Savvyness in settlement processes is a big plus
Savvy in agile tools and planning, e.g. with Miro, JIRA, Confluence
Knowledge in SAP, SQL, advanced analytics ist a plus
Fluent in English and German
