Sales Support (m/f/x/d)

• Communicate the benefits of Symanto´s products and services to potential and current clients
• Supporting e2e sales process incl. following tasks:
  • Prospecting, discovery calls
  • Conducting feasibility checks of data to check whether customer requirements from sales agreements can be metProvides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Maintain current sales status in the CRM system
  • Updates all contact information for clients
  • Administrative work including filing reports
  • Support in proposals & contracts & NDA preparations (desk research, creation of proposal & contracts & NDAs)
  •  Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
  • Creation of sales materials (incl. newsletter, content, etc.) together with Marketing team

• Participate in sales planning and developing the sales and marketing strategy

Education, Required Skills and Experience

• Very good skills in Microsoft Office package (esp. PowerPoint)
• Vocational training or degree in sales, marketing, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field
• Fluency in English
• Good analytical skills and detail-orientation
• Self-motivated, independent
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and capable of delivering value in a start-up like environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

• German and/or Spanish is a plus
• Skilled in data analytics (i.e. data visualization tools)
• Understanding of and interest in AI and business psychology
• Experience using HubSpot
• Ability to communicate complex concepts
