What to expect
Strategic development and implementation of the global sales concept
Constructive cooperation with the strategic marketing department
Structuring and development of the entire sales organisation
Development of country-specific market and sales strategies
Analysis of relevant sales processes and continuous adaptation/optimization in line with changing market conditions
Development of performance targets and management of all operative sales activities and sales processes
Management of strategically important key accounts and negotiation and development of the entire sales team
Responsibility for operation of controlling and reporting functions for all sales processes
Who we are looking for
Background & Achievements:
Successfully worked in a similar position or can demonstrate success in B2B sales of technical products with advisory components (e.g. the successful launch of new products, development of new markets or new target audiences)
Several years of experience in international sales and in the conception and implementation of sales processes at a global level and in the management of sales teams
Professional/personal experience in the agricultural sector is advantageous
Skills & Qualities:
Goal-oriented with strong conceptual and communication skills and exceptional management capability
Your analytic and strategic approach enables you to precisely identify customer requirements and to develop suitable solutions and sales structures.
Passion for sales, leadership ability, entrepreneurial thinking and negotiating skills
Outstanding team building skills
Excellent command of the English language and willingness to travel
