Accountant (RS)

BIOGEST® is an international manufacturer of biomethane and biogas plants with headquarters in Austria and branches in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Great Britain and the USA. With a team of more than +70 highly qualified employees, we have already completed over 170 biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide. Our end-to-end supply chain aims to ensure efficient plant operation.

YOUR TASKS:

Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsibility and control of outgoing payments
  • Carrying out the current accounting up to the rough balance sheet
  • Ongoing posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • As a contact person for other departments, you conscientiously request the necessary documents
  •  Preparation and compilation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Interface with external suppliers, banks and international tax advisors

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have some professional experience in accounting
  • You are confident in using MS-Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Reliability and accuracy characterise your working style, which complements your affinity for numbers and structured way of working
