SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As part of the increase of our team and in close collaboration with our other senior project manager dedicated to the French market, you will be in charge of:

• Ensuring the operational management of a team of project managers and commissioning managers
• Supporting and supervising the project managers in the construction of their own biomethane projects from the start of earthworks until full commissioning and customer acceptance
• Frequently visiting each site to ensure of the progress and the quality of our works, the safety conditions, the client relationship
• Participating in project meetings with the client and the project manager
• Controlling the budget and following the cashflow of each project
• Creating and controlling the projects timeline
• Ensuring the complete fulfilment of Biogest’s contractual obligation
• Reporting directly to the company management

• Engineering background, either general, construction or mechanical
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or site management
• The knowledge of the anaerobic digestion environment is an advantage
• Mastery of traditional IT tools (outlook mail, excel, word, etc.)
• Very good French/English expression; fluent oral and written level
• Interest in a position both in the field and in the office
• Strong motivation and ability to use personal initiative
• Good management skills
• Solution-oriented thinking and good anticipation skills
• Flexibility and readiness to travel in France and abroad
