ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an entry level role within the UK client services team, building strong working relationships with a portfolio of clients as well as publishers. Helping them achieve their company goals and drive affiliate channel growth. You will also be supporting the Account Management team in various areas such as publisher recruitment, reporting, publishers optimisation... This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the affiliate industry, and ideally you should have a can-do attitude and experience of relationship building which you can demonstrate.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Provide great customer service to our advertisers (clients) and publishers, helping them to set up, launch, manage and grow their affiliate channel

·         Manage a portfolio of Webgains clients; act as direct liaison on day to day queries, helping with both technical and commercial enquiries

·         Send weekly newsletters, review accounts, provide recommendations and conduct competitor benchmarking services

·         Provide support to internal Webgains account management team

·         Conduct training calls to help clients use our technical platform and improve their program performance

·         Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Enthusiastic learner, seeking knowledge on internet economy and affiliate channel, competitor and subject matter best practice
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills

 

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree level education with experience in web-based technologies, marketing and management
  • Affiliate Marketing Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience of analysing data sets from a wide variety of sources and drawing user and market actionable insights
