Intern - Private Equity (m/f/x)

Our team in Munich is permanently looking for full-time interns that provide support for at least 3 months. 
The next possible start is September 2024.

• Support the identification and first review of potential investment opportunities
• Analyze business models, markets, and competitive environments
• Assist the preparation of company valuations and financial models/business plans as well as support the due diligence process
• Operational support of our existing portfolio companies (e. g. implementation of measures regarding carve-outs or performance improvement programs)

• Completed or nearly completed bachelor’s degree with major in business, engineering, or law
• Excellent academic grades/credentials
• Team player with excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial/ pragmatic mindset and the ability to understand complex issues quickly and independently
• Verbal and written fluency in German and English
• Very good skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ideally prior work experience through relevant internships in private equity or related sectors (transaction services, strategy consulting, investment banking)

• Broad scope of responsibilities and dynamic work environment with an unrivalled learning curve
• Involvement as equal team member in M&A processes and the operational support of our portfolio companies, partially on-site support and close collaboration with management teams
