Technical & Service Engineer (m/w/d) West Europe

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Technical & Service Engineer (m/f/d) West Europe for the Technical Service & Quality Assurance department.
Your tasks
- Technical field service with focus on France, BeNeLux for truck and car tyres
- Planning and fulfilment of technical service requirements
- Complaint tyre inspection and preparation of inspection reports
- Planning and carrying out tyre road tests at fleets and customers
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing feedback on product quality
- Planning and organizing internal and external technical training courses
- Continuous improvement of complaint communication (internal and external)
- Close cooperation with technical service team, sales and other experts
Your profile
- You have a passion for technical customer field service and are enthusiastic about tyres
- Your communication skills in French and English are convincing
- Your way of working is structured, you recognize and follow up on requirements independently
- You have already gained experience in technical service, the tyre industry and/or trade
- You have solid experience with common MS Office 365 tools
