Customer Success Manager (all gender)

zapliance is a business AI company that develops solutions for audit and finance professionals. We are a small team of data scientists and auditors who develop knowledge-based apps for SAP data. Our solutions identify risks and opportunities in SAP processes, enabling our customers to optimize their business processes.

The future of finance and audit is AI-based and human-centered. We enable our customers to apply our insights to their business context and create sustainable added value.

To achieve that, we are looking for you:

• Support international clients in data and AI projects 
• Build long-term and stable customer relationships 
• Coordinate various internal and external project stakeholders 
• Understand the needs, goals, and challenges of your customers 
• Support your customers with technical and organizational onboarding 
• Analyze data and help your customers interpret and track analysis results 
• Organize and prepare workshops both before and after 

• A curious and open mindset 
• Communication talent (data storytelling) 
• Organizational talent (stakeholder and project management) 
• Fluent English and good German language skills 
• User knowledge in AI (e.g., ChatGPT) as well as high technical affinity 
• Strong customer and solution orientation as well as a confident demeanor 
• At least three years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, or consulting
